Cesar has over 20 years’ experience in the security business also experience

complying with standards required by the US Customs and Border Patrol, Vivaldi is an expert on Free Trade Zone Security management. Former security director for César Castillo Inc., US Military and Director of the Anti-Bio-Terrorism Office of the

Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
